Part I of II: The Value of a Selling Agent

If I am going to sell my most valuable asset, it makes logical sense that I would want to hire a highly qualified real estate professional who can:

Part II of II: The Value of a Buyer’s Agent

As an Accredited Buyers Agent, I will assist you every step of the way. . . before with showing tour(s), during the transaction [home inspections, remedy vendors, knowledgeable insurance agencies] and after the transaction [utility, cable, handyman, painters, etc. if needed.]
A financing alert note: Because of my experience and changing real estate market, I always highly recommend utilizing a local lender, consultant, bank, and insurance provider who is very familiar with our market. There is NO renumeration to me. However, note SWFL Realtors have experienced occasions with non-local lenders and insurance agencies resulting sometimes in customer frustrations and anxiety.
Upon submitting a contract to purchase, you will need a Proof of Lending [POL <30 days] Approval Letter and/or Proof of Funds [POF] indicating proof of substantial down or cash to purchase, or 1031 Exchange Retained Attorney Letter. Contracts are NOT presented WITHOUT these documents.
